Education Advisor
Specialist in Leadership
Driver of change, Writer, and Activist.
Professional Summary
I am an education systems and institutional development specialist with over 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across the education sector, working with educational institutions and government entities across the MENA region.
My work focuses on strengthening institutions and supporting education system transformation by helping organizations develop strategy, establish governance frameworks, and translate policy priorities into effective operational systems that improve service delivery and learning outcomes. I have collaborated with ministries, education authorities, and government organizations on reform initiatives aimed at strengthening the effectiveness and sustainability of education systems.
Throughout my career, I have also co-founded and led several educational institutions and initiatives, including Little Einsteins Preschool, MathClub Tutoring Center, and the British International Academy (IB K–12). These experiences have allowed me to work at the intersection of education policy and practical implementation, reinforcing my belief that sustainable improvement in education occurs when strategy, systems, and people evolve together.
Alongside my professional work, I contribute as a columnist for Al Ghad, one of Jordan’s leading newspapers, where I write about education and social development and advocate for collective responsibility in improving education through the message: “We Are All Responsible.”
My professional interests focus on institutional reform, education innovation, and supporting education systems in preparing for the future of personalized and adaptive learning.
